Great experience with Dr. Hamilton to date. I had a septal perforation repair surgery performed by him in Jan 2026 using an ear cartilage graft. Dr. Hamilton is an absolute professional and clearly an expert on matters of the nose. His calm demeanor, clear explanations and assessments, and relaxed confidence put me at ease leading up to the surgery, on the day of, and in post surgical visits. I am one month post surgery and my breathing is beginning to improve. Importantly, the anxiety I experienced due to the septal perforation and associated respiratory complications is beginning to subside. I am looking forward to seeing how much healing takes place as time goes on. Overall, I am extremely grateful to Dr. Hamilton for taking me on as a patient and also to his highly competent and communicative staff. If you have a perforated septum you owe it to yourself to at least have a consultation with Dr. Hamilton, he is the man!

I had a severe infection with a huge perforation. I saw a few doctors who refused to help me. I could not breathe, sleep, taste, and my problem just kept getting worse. Dr. Hamilton took on my case with no hesitation, I can breathe, smell and taste again. Pain gone and my nose is actually better than it was before my accident, I am grateful for him. He is kind, patient and never in a rush. He explains things in a “special way” to help you make sense of it all. He has a sense of humor, great bedside manner. Always returned messages when I had questions or concerns, especially through my recovery process. I had a few “scary moments” and he called/resoonded immediately to let me know all was good. His office is beautiful and his staff is just as great as he is. My life has changed and I will never forget. When you have an injury like mine, it’s horrible and I thought I was stuck with it. Again, thank you Dr. H! I will never forget you.

Dr. Hamilton and his entire care team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Tammy, the nurse who took care of me, made me feel so at ease and supported. Paul, the anesthesiologist, was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Fiona was super sweet and thorough with all of the pre-op information, and Chris was also amazing at explaining everything clearly and answering my questions. Dr. Hamilton, thank you for being so thorough and taking the time to explain every part of my surgery and the healing journey. Your professionalism, knowledge, and care truly show, you are excellent at what you do. I’m so grateful for this entire experience and highly recommend Dr. Hamilton and his team!

I don’t know where to start. I perforated my septum with tweezers and then I picked at it for six months causing a severe infection that required two surgeries. I could not find a doctor that could or would help me. Dr. H took on the challenge and changed my life. I was not able to breathe through my nose, at all, and now my airway is better than it was before my injury. He is very thorough, explained everything in detail, was honest, and made me feel comfortable because I was extremely scared (and I am a registered nurse). His staff was the great too, always returned messages and answered all my questions as I went through recovery. Recovery was rough, but Dr. H and his staff assured me, constantly, that I was healing because it did not seem like it. I am so grateful that I found Dr. H because I know that there is no other physicianthat would have SAVED my nosed. THANK YOU Dr. Hamilton and all of your staff

I recently had endoscopic surgery with Dr. Hamilton in Los Angeles to repair my deviated and perforated septum using an ear cartilage graft—and I’m thrilled with the results. It was a total success, with major breathing improvements and no complications. His expertise is unmatched; I wouldn’t trust anyone else worldwide for this. Dr. Hamilton was amazing! I’m a 6'3" Black man that many would call good-looking before my rhinoplasty. The bulbous look of my nose always bothered me, and here in my 40’s I decided to do something about it. Dr. Hamilton was extremely patient and kind—no ego, just someone who cares. During the process, he told a lot of anecdotes about the healing process. At the time, I was thinking, “Brother, just get on with it.” Here’s a word of advice: listen to every analogy—each one offered better understanding. Before the procedure, I did a lot of online research and thought I was prepared. When the cast came off, I was horrified—my wife was horrified! I looked like Q*bert! I thought I’d made the biggest mistake of my life, but Dr. Hamilton was patient and kind. See, I watched many 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month post-op videos—zero 1-day post-op. I was not prepared, despite Dr. Hamilton telling me it would take a little time. 2.5 months later, we had a follow up visit, and I can tell you: I was—and am—happy. I have never gotten as many compliments from strangers (which wasn’t the goal), just flat-out telling me I look handsome. People that I know can’t quite put their finger on it, but they say I look way better for some reason. And those who do pick up on it say it looks great! If you see it as vanity, you probably aren’t reading this review. But if you view rhinoplasty as a way to gain more confidence, Dr. Hamilton has my trust—and should have yours too. I would trust my family in his care, which for me is the biggest compliment that I can give.

The whole entire experience was beyond my expectations. Dr. Hamilton was extremely professional and patient which eased my anxiety and made me confident about the procedure. His surgical team and staff were extremely kind, caring, and supportive throughout the whole process. Last month I went through surgery with Dr. Hamilton to repair a pretty large septal perforation. The perforation was originally caused by complications due to an unrelated surgery and resulted in some trauma regarding my nose and surgery as a whole. Additionally, i was the told by other doctors that condition of my nose was very unlikely to be successfully repaired, especially without risk to the shape of my nose. Meeting with Dr. Hamilton’s confidence and experience not only eased my anxiety surrounded the surgical procedure, he was also very understanding and informative throughout the entire process. His expertise and equally knowledgeable team were fantastic. Every member of both his staff and surgical team were extremely kind, caring, and patient. The entire process from the consultation to my last post op appointment was an overwhelming positive experience. there are no words to accurately express my gratitude for Dr. Hamilton and his team. Dr. Hamilton is beyond amazing. I’d rate him a thousand out of ten! He’s so knowledgeable, precise, and patient I never once felt rushed, even during our Zoom consultation. I had researched him for years before moving forward, and when I finally did, he gave me exactly what I asked for. I looked into this procedure for over 7 years, watched other people’s experiences, and saw so many disappointing results from other surgeons even those who went to other countries. I chose Dr. Hamilton because of his unmatched qualifications, success rate, and because I felt safer staying in the U.S. His entire team made me feel completely comfortable, even though I was terrified of anesthesia. Laurie, the anesthesiologist, was so kind and calming she answered all my questions and reassured me up until the second I fell asleep, which made me feel completely safe. I also had a rib graft and couldn’t believe how easy it was literally a 1/10 on the pain scale. Overall, my pain rating for the whole procedure I'd say was a 2/10 which was minimal. I only took a pain med once the day of surgery and then just Tylenol & Motrin for 2 more days. Minimal pain, and a perfect result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Everyone who’s seen me keeps asking, “Who’s your doctor?” Mind you, I'm only 8 days post OP. Yesterday, I was in public, (my nose still has a little tape on my bridge) & , people were STILL complimenting my nose. & I realized that was the first time I've ever been complimented on my nose in my life 😄 . They asked who was my surgeon, I told them proudly "Jason S. Hamilton"! So if you're on the fence about it or don't know what doctor to chose, Choose this one ! He's literally THAT guy! Also, shoutout to the office staff for being so communicative and checking in on me throughout the process. Thank you so much Dr. Hamilton!!!

I worked with Dr. Hamilton and team to achieve a natural ethnic rhinoplasty. When scheduling my consultation appointment the team was thoughtful, nice and professional. They are on top of it. Dr. Hamilton listened to my concerns and addressed what can be done. Before the surgery the team communicated with me at all times and answered all my questions. The surgery could not have gotten any better and my results are a work of art. Dr. Hamilton is a true artist!

Before the procedure I had lost my quality of life. I was unable to work as a nurse and my daily routine consisted of steaming multiple times a day and using sinus rinses (irrigations). I seen over 13 ENT’s and I always received the same story that they could not help me. Dr. Hamilton was the only one that gave me hope. I am finally able to live again after 10 years of misery. I missed out on so many family outings, holidays, birthdays and the things I loved like traveling and concerts. Simple tasks became daunting because I wasn’t able to go anywhere longer than half an hour. Near the end I was extremely short of breath and just felt weak .The staff was very attentive and easy to work with. I am so pleased with all of the help and guidance I have received along this journey. Dr. Hamilton gave me my life back and I cannot thank him enough. My photos are pre-op, post-op, and one month follow up. I was crying in the photo with Dr.Hamilton because I was so happy that my surgery was successful and that everything I went through will be in the past.

I had a septal perforation surgery with Dr Hamilton in December 2024. He has changed my life. I’ll be forever grateful to him for giving me my life back. I suffered with my septal perforation for 6 years before I found him. My septum is closed, I can breathe and I’m not in pain anymore, I have a positive outlook for my future now. I came into Dr.Hamiltons office unhappy with the overall appearance of my nose, my requests were to change my tip, bridge ,side profile, and nostrils.after talking to him I was able to figure out what I really wanted and I went through with surgery.After getting my cast removed I have never been happier he was able to give me exactly what I wanted and it looks amazing.
